5 habits for your gut health in Summer

I will introduce my little habits for intestinal health in summer.

If the intestines are not healthy, the energy of Dantian cannot be collected.

1️⃣ Warm tea every day.

When summer comes, heat from the body goes to the skin and the organs become cold.

Therefore, it is easy for cancer cells to grow in the stomach, colon, esophagus, and uterus, which are particularly well exposed to cold energy.

So, it is good to drink warm water or tea often.

2️⃣ One tablespoon of olive oil every morning on an empty stomach.

It promotes intestinal movement with vegetable fatty acids and discharges toxins from the body with antioxidants such as polyphenols.

3️⃣ If constipation is a problem, 3 kiwis a day.

Actinidin in kiwi enhances Protein Digestion in the Small Intestine.

4️⃣ If diarrhea is a problem, white rice, yogurt, banana for one meal.

It balances microbes, reduces digestive burden, and provides nutrients.

If you have severe diarrhea, do not eat anything other than two meals a day of white rice, yogurt, and a banana.

You'll get better before the day is over.

and most importantly

5️⃣ Chew 15 times at a time, making maximum saliva during 15 chews to dissolve the food in your mouth.

Chewing a lot increases brain activity and bone density in teeth, and hormones from saliva prevent all aging caused by aging, such as intestinal sewage.

There is no disease that cannot be cured.

There are only bad habits that cannot be fixed.
